Our Senior Pastor brings over 40 years of experience equipping leaders and 25 years of faithful leadership at The Green, guiding our church with wisdom, integrity, and vision. With a heart for discipleship and community transformation, he is committed to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, developing strong leaders, and building a church that impacts generations.
Through decades of ministry, he has cultivated a legacy of spiritual growth, sound teaching, and servant leadership that continues to shape The Green locally and beyond.

Our Co-Pastor serves alongside the Senior Pastor in providing spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and visionary guidance for The Green. She is committed to preaching and teaching the Word, strengthening families, mentoring leaders, and cultivating a Christ-centered, multicultural, multigenerational community.
Through prayer, wisdom, and servant leadership, she helps shepherd the congregation and advance the mission of The Green locally and beyond.

Our Director of Ministry Organization and Effectiveness provides strategic oversight to ensure every ministry at The Green operates with structure, clarity, and purpose. He supports ministry leaders, strengthens systems, enhances volunteer engagement, and helps cultivate environments where spiritual growth and operational excellence work hand in hand.
Through intentional planning and pastoral collaboration, he ensures that all ministries align with the vision, mission, and biblical foundation of The Green.

Our Administrator serves as Chief of Staff and Chair of Trustees, providing executive oversight, organizational leadership, and operational excellence for The Green. She ensures the integrity of our governance, manages key administrative functions, and maintains our tax-exempt status in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Trustee

Our Creative Director leads the vision, branding, and creative strategy of The Green. From graphics and digital content to campaigns, events, and visual storytelling, she ensures that everything we present reflects excellence, clarity, and purpose.
